Not too many products are as hated as this by owners. Clearly Kodak is clueless. At least I don’t own their stock. Food choppers belong in infomercials, not all-in-one printers. When you only waste $19.95, it’s a lot less annoying.

Printer was easy to set up and does a great job printing but it uses more ink faster than my old lexmark did. The second week I had it the print head had a malfunction and I had to wait two days to get another one. Its working ok right now. I just hope the price was worth leaving the lexmark family, I have had lexmark printers since 1998.

OF ALL THE PRINTERS I HAVE HAD, THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE. ITS NOISY, BUT THIS CAN BE OVER LOOKED, CONSIDERING THE COST OF CARTRIDGES. I CAN GET A BLACK AND A COLOR FOR THE PRICE OF ONE HP. MAN WHAT A MONEY SAVER.KODAK YOU ARE NOW A SAUNDERS FAMILY MEMBER

We bought this printer with gift cards last christmas along with a nice Kodak camera. We thought it was going to be so nice to print out pictures with out having to go to a store. I think we managed to print two or three before it crapped out. It is plastic, loud, and absolutely never works when I want it too, and I haven’t asked it to do much other than print the occasional coupon or piece of paper, it never just prints something without a fight. Today is the last straw, I have been putting up with this machine for 10 months now, Apparently because it is out of colored ink, it will not do anything until you replace it, no scanning, no printing with black ink, nothing! I am going to take it out in the yard and smash it into a million little black plastic pieces with a hammer today, and then go purchase an HP which is what I wish I had done in the first place. Never, ever again!

I’m from Rochester, the home of Kodak. Virtually everyone I know knows someone who worked for Kodak. So, out of a sense of loyalty, I bought one. It is a nightmare. Kodak was quick to replace printheads, ink, and even the whole printer when it wouldn’t reliably work. That’s nice, but not the way I want to spend my time. It is an exercise in futility. I’m going to HP. I bet I spend more on ink, but at least when my child’s homework is due the next day I can count on my printer to work. Shame on you, Kodak.
