Some people complain that there is a lack of space for power cords and adapters. While this is true, it should hardly be faulted in a review. There are pictures on the item page that clearly show both the interior and exterior, and the item name states that this is a case for a laptop, not its accessories.
That said, yes, this item is great for its intended purpose, which is to safely carry a ten inch netbook computer from one place to another. The case is indeed hard, and once zippered shut, provides satisfactory protection from outside wear and tear.
I personally carry my netbook in my backpack, and although it was in a separate compartment, I was always fearful of a book or notebook crushing the screen of the computer. With this case, I feel so much safer storing the netbook in my backpack. The design allows for things to rest against it while still providing protection and the peace of mind that the screen will not break.
I wasn’t aware, but there is a little flap inside the case for four, small memory cards (SC or MMC sized). This elicited an internal “Yes!” from me, as I have been carrying around two with me in an Altoids container so that I wouldn’t lose them.
The bottom line is that you get what you pay for. There are cheaper cases out there, but they also look soft, and flimsy. I am more than satisfied with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend this item to others.

For as cheap as this netbook case was, I was expecting it to fall apart or look cheap in person…but it’s great! It’s nice and firm, which is good in case you’d drop it or something. Also, I really like that it has a handle; many netbook cases out there don’t seem to think you need to carry it like a regular sized laptop lol. It appears to be good quality; I’ve used it for about a month so far and it’s still good.

Excellent bargain! Protects product well but is not very crush resistant. I could not find a solid material case that was crush-proof. This is the best I could find! Fits the Asus 10″ perfectly. Price was a bargain!

I have an Asus 1005 netbook it fit perfectly. Very well made, one good hardcase, in side there is space for SD card and power adapter. However i wouldn’t recommend keeping the power adapter in side the case because it might damage the screen.

Just received my case. I really do like it, it is well made and well priced. I ordered it for my 10″ Acer Aspire One. Measured my laptop and it was supposed to fit, BUT thanks to the fact that the Acer shipped with a bigger battery than noted (good for me) it did not fit.
Be aware that even if it does fit, it does not leave much room for anything else, not even a power cord, just the laptop.
