I was little skeptical at first but now I am really satisfied with the product and enjoy my computer a lot, the shipment was fast and the price is awesome.My family loves it.

Well, I can’t speak for a used one but I bought mine new and it’s great. We did a lot of research before we bought it, and we did do some customizing when we ordered it, but I’ve had it for three years and the problems have been minimal. And while amazon is wonderful, Dell has some great coupons that they send their email subscribers if you are patient.

Good item description. I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop and my battery died. Now my laptop has a longer life than it did on its old battery! Fast shipping and I’m very pleased.

The battery shipped to us quickly and we received it as advertised. Unfortunately we discovered that our Dell laptop does not work with any battery, only on AC power. We have had to return the battery and we are waiting for a refund to our account.
