Other then the memory size, is it any different then this 8GB Latte?

screen is big enough to watch movies on the go and the software is easy enough for the non-techie people.

I am disgusted that Amazon.com would sell such a cheap piece of crap. This device failed to work correctly for more than one hour the entire time I have had it. If Amazon.com will let something this crappy be sold on their web site then I am too scared to order anything else from them.

I bought it in J&R company I click to purchase it since 2nd in May and I recieve it in 13th I’m very worried about it so much and then I open it I saw the colour on screen is not complete it has lines in there I think it’s not my fault why I have to get product that’s not good so I want to change it or aks to refund.I sent this product back to them and they said they will give the refund to me so I’m waiting for it but now I’m still not recieve it.who should responsible?

I searched for hours to find a nice MP3/MP4 player. Then I worked for hours to try and program this little item from my computer. It looked like it would be easy to program but the page I needed would not come up. My daughter also tried but no go. I emailed the support team 2 times and did not get a response so I returned the player and bought something else. My new MP3 was ready in a half hour.
