This heavy duty LCD ceiling mounts offer exceptionally strong support for your LCD TV while maximizing your workstation environment. It allows your flat screen or flat panel monitor to successfully adapt to any environment where a wall or desk mount is not an option. Once your LCD monitor mount is installed, you can change the height adjustment of your flat panel monitor to meet your specific needs. The height adjustment can be made in 4 inch increments (from 39 to 63 inches, 1000mm to 1600mm). The mounting plater can be panned 360 degree. Does this mount fit my LCD? If your LCD Monitor or TV has 4 or 6 holes on the back of the screen that are either 50mm, 75mm, 100mm (4 inch) or 200 mm (8inch) apart from each other vertically and horizontally this bracket will fit. If there is a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fitting the wall mount and the holes should be revealed. Please note this sale is for the mount only. I purchased this ceiling mount for a 32in Samsung HDTV and mounted it in my basement above my computer desk. The advertisement says “to be used in masonary, block, stone” but I attached it to a wooden 2×6 mounted between the floor joists with lag bolts and it works great. Very sturdy and easy to adjust, now I can work on my computer or spin the tv around and watch my favorite HD DVDs or programs while laying on the couch. I will probably buy another one for a 2nd smaller monitor!
