Although listed as in stock when I ordered it was canceled due to unspecified reasons — I assume it is NOT in stock.
The item is still listed as available although apparently not for everyone.

I purchased the Lexmark Z845 printer from Amazon. I linked to accessories on the Amazon site for this printer and ordered a replacement set of ink cartridges featured on this page. When the cartridges arrived it was the wrong item. I returned it to Amazon unopened. Amazon would NOT refund shipping. This is totally unfair because the link on their site for accessories for this printer sent me to the ink cartridge set I ordered. I had to contact Lexmark to learn the correct product number. In addition there is NO link for a phone number to speak with a live customer service rep. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars shopping with Amazon. This Christmas and future shopping I will do elsewhere. Penny wise dollar foolish Amazon!

When I received my cartridges, the ink was GONE. The empty cartridges had been crammed back into the box, which was shoddily resealed with hot glue. Visual inspection would quickly reveal that the package had been tampered with. Even holding and shaking it gave away it’s hollow contents. How in the world did this get through sales and end up reaching the consumer?
Although the seller sent me another box to compensate, I’m still unhappy with what happened. The mere fact that an empty product could pass so easily probably means that they’re not very observant with their products.
If you’re willing to take the risk and deal with the hassle of returns or refunds, go ahead. If you want something straight-forward, go buy from someone else.

After odering, it took for ever for the ink to arrive. I mean FOREVER! It’s easier for me to just pick it up at WalMart.

Got a combo pack with a new Lexmark Printer/Scanner and it was poor quality and hardly lasted at all. The color was lacking. It was a start up combination cartridge and not worth 2 cents after a few sheets of the black were printed out.
