Many have complained that this product doesn’t change fax ring auto pickup and that it uses too much ink. I have to say, first of all the ink that comes with it is a trial cartridge that contains less ink than normal cartridges. Secondly RTFM ( read the f****** manual). I have gone through every function and setting available on this machine and it works beautifully. And duplex printing on a machine this inexpensive! HP doesn’t even have a similar function in this price range. The HP Duplex module for my inkjet 6800 costs more than this all in one did. Five stars, a great product.
