Picture quality is AMAZING. Sound is ok! You can always do better sound wise so I elected to go with the LG Surround Sound DVD with Ipod adapter. Now This Set Rocks! I much rather watch movies at home now as opposed to going out to a movie. With it being Netflix Ready I just plugged my Ethernet cable in and now I can watch all the free movies they have to offer. The Netflix feature is great and the picture is awesome. Widgets can be useful too. I like the ability to make adjustments to picture and the many hdmi inputs. There is also the abillity to output digital sound to your home theater system with the optical out. This is great if you dont have hdmi inputs on your surround sound amplifier.
