I purchased this headphones expecting them to be the bes of the best!, but i rather play with some gummy JVC $10 headphones than this enourmus piece of junk, YES they look nice, YES they’re well built, but when it comes down to what really matters SOUND………They suck, they issolate you from the ambiance of the room, but they give you no sound, so its almost like being in a closet an listening to the TV on the next ROOM!……..A COMPLETE RIP-OFF, i dont know why so many people gave them 4 or 5 stars! Buyers, BEWARE, don’t let Logitech or the other reviews fool you. THIS IS NOT A GOOD HEADSET, and the worst part, i live outside the U.S so i can’t even return them……….

I purchased this headset yesterday from a local source.
The Pros –
Very comfortable headset. The clarity is very crisp and clear. The bass sounds great and the treble is perfect. It gives you a totally immersive gaming experience.
The Cons –
The volume control/level on this headset SUCKS! There’s no other way to say it. Even with everything cranked all the way up, it’s not loud enough. I have a Creative Fatal1ty headset that has a higher volume than this headset does.
Other thoughts –
I had the headset for MAYBE 2 hours and I returned it for a full refund. If the volume level were higher, this would be the headset to have for gaming. There were times when playing Call of Duty: World at War that I couldn’t hear someone near me until they had their gun blazing and by that time, it was too late.
P.S. –
Before anyone makes the statement that you have to have a proper sound card to get the full benefit – I have an X-FI sound card and everything sounds utterly amazing on it.

Like some others have said my one big and major complaint about these headphones is they are INSANELY QUIET. You cant turn up (BOOST) the volume or anything.
Lets put it this way for everyone to understand.. Even if I had an iTunes song or what ever full volume.. Team Fortress 2 at full volume in the middle of a 30 on 30 explosion fest all going at the same time.. I would still be able to hear my cat meow in the room behind me 10 feet away.
BOOST THE VOLUME LOGITECH!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: Of COURSE I tried every Vol. boosting measure I could before I wrote the review. There is no way these headphones could even remotely be called loud.
UPDATE 2: Well well well.. Looks who boosted the volume of the G35 headset with the new Logitech patch. Admission of guilt Yes.. Proof i was right.. yes. now these things rock. get the latest patch off the Logitech website.

I had high hopes for this headset but was disappointed and will be sending these back. For over 100 dollars I expected these to be high quality and the build material is not. It includes 3 different pads to fit the top of your head and they were all misshaped except the one that was already attached to the unit. The buttons seem nice but are more gimmicky then anything. I had issues getting the headset speakers working with WOW and ventrillo correctly at the same time.
What really turned me off is they really aren’t that comfortable. I was using the Sennheiser PC 350 headset before these and I thought I would be upgrading to the logitech G35. It’s not an upgrade. It’s a downgrade in quality and comfort.
If you want a comfortable headset get the Sennheiser PC350.
