If you buy these you can tell they won’t break easily at all and the sound it’s very good too, not too loud but I guess they didn’t consider the people who likes to listen to music to the point of almost going deaf.
The bad thing is that after one hour of using these, the plastic thing which holds the earphones on your ears starts to actually hurt so it’s quite uncomfortable.

Very good value if you need a decent headset to game or do other things online. I’ve spent more on headsets and felt these were just as good.

This is a great headset, everything I’ve been looking for in an “all-in-one music and phone in the office” headset. It is comfortable, light, not hot on the ears, and that flip-up boom mic is just brilliant. The in-line volume knob is a little silly, but it is easy enough to just forget it is there and the clip keeps the wire under control. In-line mute comes in handy when the conference call takes a turn for the absurd.
So why only 4 stars? To get any sort of decent sound out of this headset you MUST use the USB dongle. If you do, they are on par with a good quality set of KOSS headphones. If you don’t, built-in notebook speakers sound better. Now the whole reason I went with this headset over the other “USB only” models is that I have all of 2 USB ports on my netbook (which is what I use for comms and music) and I have a mic and headphone port sitting there doing nothing. I’m thinking “Great, I’ll get this headset and just not use the dongle.” Wrong…
For most folks this won’t be a problem. If you’re an uber-lightweight traveller that wants it all without the bulk, you’ll want to pass on this dongle-required headset and seek a better option.

I say headset and you say headache, well this is a headset without the headache.
If you were glasses then this is probably not what your looking for.
Luckily thats not the case for me and wearing a hat is superb for this style as well.
compared to the previous headache..i mean headset, this is ascendancy.
usb microphone not working on ventrilo.

I got this headset because I had a gift card. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I didn’t have one, but it’s entirely worth the purchase price I paid for it, with or without the gift card. The backset fits perfectly and stays in place and the headphones are super comfortable. I’ve had problems with headsets hurting my ears after wearing them for long periods of time, but these are great.
The sound quality is superb and the microphone only picks up YOU, unless you tell it to otherwise. I didn’t read the description before picking it so I was all too pleasantly surprised when I opened it to find that it connects both via normal sound plugs into the computer and came with a USB adapter.
I really can’t fault this product so far. It’s great all around.
