I bought this for my niece to go with the sweet little Dell for her birthday. It is a lighter pink than the laptop so was a bit jarring. I bought the same laptop for myself after seeing hers, but got a different mouse only in that it’s color matches the computer. THAT is not what anyone buying the mouse other than us girls cares about. It is a sweet little mouse, fits the hand smoothly and performs responsively. She likes it very much.

I found the mouse to be overly sensitive, even after changing the mouse configurations in Control Panel.
The Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 is more precise. The Logitech v220 is a little bit more ergonomic on the hands, but not by much.

When I received this mouse, I was very happy with it. It took a day or so to get used to the smaller size and the feel of it in my hand. I loved that the plug-in could be attached to the mouse for storage and travel. But manually turning it off to save battery life is a nuisance. The mouse died completely in less than two months. Just stopped working. In the middle of something important, of course. My advice: Don’t get this mouse. And always have a spare!

I bought a couple of these. If you use it right next to the computer it works fine. I just had to change my first battery on one. It’s been a couple of months for the first battery. I bought another on of these to use on my multimedia center. I can’t get past 5 feet away from the computer, and that’s with the adapter plugged into the case’s front usb port. 5 feet? No joke, 5 feet!!!. This mouse has terrible distance on it. 5 feet is pretty sad for a wireless mouse today. This is a logitech product also, so I would have bet anything that the range would have been a lot better. Buy this only if you plan on not using it for right next to your computer.
