Don’t buy this TV if you want to mount in on the wall! Special “screw extensions” are required according to the owners manual, where they give an 800# to order them. I called to order them (40$) and the guy said “we don’t have them in stock and I don’t know when we can get them”. So, unbelievable, right!?
You can’t wall mount it without a 40$ kit that they can’t get for you even if you want to buy it.
I’d pass if I were you.
Godd luck friends!

I got a refurbished model of this TV and you wouldn’t even know it. It’s perfectly conditioned as brand new! It’s a solid product from a solid company!

I bought this television as a gift for my daughter. It worked perfectly, arrived timely and in perfect shape. I will definitely be purchasing my next television with these guys.

I purchased this TV only to find out in the manual that I need screw extensions. I call customer service to order them and they said that the had no ideal what I was talking about so someone would call me back. Three days of waiting I called back and after about an hour of the run-around someone said that they would send them out. When they came, they were the wrong size. I called customer service back and after about 30 minutes of them trying to convince me that I was turning the screw wrong, they agreed to send out the correct ones but only if I paid $40. A manager finally agreed to send them out to me for $10. When they came they were the same wrong size. I returned the television but never got my $10 back.

I bought this TV based on the fact that I have always owned Magnavox TVs. I have had it about 6 months and have not been disappointed at all. If I had to pick one fault….one other reviewer pointed out, it takes a little long to get the picture after pushing the power button. But to me this is a minor detail. good picture, good sound and I got it at Best Buy for less than is listed here.
