The game is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about chess. It teaches, shows famous chess games in detail, and allows play against all levels of skill.

Was a christmas gift for my nephew that he asked for…he seems to love it! Besides that, amazon is great.

I purchased and have played with Majestic Chess and I can honestly say that my chess game has improved. Of course, I’m a rank beginner so it didn’t take a whole lot to improve my game. The tutorials and the single player adventure were quite fun and challenging. Overall, a great buy and worth the money.

I haven’t played in years and years and this particular item didn’t renew my interest. I guess I expected better graphics and clearer tutorials. Perhaps it’s just me, but I’ve already uninstalled it.

I found the “Adventure” feature of this game simply irresistable and I took a total of about 12 hours to defeat all of the levels. It honestly was an enjoyable adventure. I saved my files and can insert them into the program files for this program, if it is installed on any computer, to allow going to any level, but I am frustrated that I cannot figure out how I managed to beat the Chapter 7 Dragons Land “Memorial to the Eagles” quiz where you have to re construct the position as it would have been 2 moves earlier. But I do remember that it took me a lot of time to crack the riddle. If anyone can tell me just that one answer I will return the favor by emailing them the programs files that I have which work like a cheat key to go to any level. There are no cheat codes available that I know of.
Thanks, Gary
