reall bad customer service. I called the company to get more information on a product no one answer for a week. I finally go a hold of someone, they told me that they don’t carry the product that it was spouse to be in stock per amazon. they advice me to by 45 watt, which I couldn’t find in amazon site. when I called back, they told me they don’t carry that one either. My whole experience with this company made me very suspecious of them. I don’t see them as a realable company.

Prompt delivery (3 days before estimated arrival date). Works well with my 14″ iBook G4. Good value for the money.

Nice cable. It does not have the orange and green light at the tip of the cable like the original so you have to check to see if charging is complete.

The cord that came with the Apple really sucked bad. We had to move it around a ton just to get a connection. And it wouldn’t stay in a wall socket at all. This new cord really does the trick!!!

Best cord for the price I’ve found for my iBook. No problems. I’m pleased with this purchase.
