We have already ordered two of these and neither have worked. I would have caution before purchasing one of these.

This webcam is terrible. it only works half the time. It does NOT work for oovoo application which most teens use. it only works for half the people. it does not work to videochat with people who have macs.

This would probably be a great cam if the software would actually detect the damn cam. I don’t know what Microsoft is doing putting out crap code like this. Just another reason why I didn’t bother upgrading to Vista.

If you are running Windows 2000, Microsoft no longer supports it and they didn’t make a driver for this product for this OS. I wish that I could tell you how it performs but I’m our of luck.

This cam works as a charm , I have a Dell WinXP sp2 machine and after reading some bad reviews about the software , was skeptical, but installation was not much of a hassle. While installing the CD it did automatically downloads a bunch of unnecessary crap that slowed my computer down considerably every time I booted up my computer, so need to remove those programs from loading on boot-up, otherwise it works fine as advertised .

finally: Good Price for basic and good webcam.
