I am disappointed in this product because of a problem with compatibility of it with my wireless phone, the Nokia E62. When it arrived, only the left side gets the music from the Nokia E62 so I thought it was defective. After a month long of RMA, the second unit arrived with the same problem. I am unable to get any help from Amazon, Nokia or Motorola. After considerable time on the internet, I learned that this S9 requires A2DP profile that is not supported by the Nokia E62. Is this why only the left side of S9 works? I still don’t know. Not only there is no sound to the right side, none of the buttons on the right side work. I own another BlueTooth stereo headset, the Jabra BT620s that works well with Nokia E62 so it is a mystery to me why the Motorola S9 does not. The bottom line is I cannot use this headset and it will just collect dust in my drawer. There is another adapter that supposedly can make this to work, but I am not about to spend another $70 to buy an A2DP adapter to see whether this will work or not. I’ll use my Jabra although it looks awful with the giant earmuffs. Disappointed in MotorOKR S9.

There are just okay. They do not fit very well and my hair keeps getting caught in them! OUCH! The sound quality could be better as well.
