We’ve been using these diapers along with cloth diapers since our baby was born. She’s almost 8 months old and has never ever had a case of diaper rash. These things hold up to any conventional diaper. She sleeps in one all night now and we’ve had no leaks. They tend to fit well, so go to the next size up once baby is within a couple of pounds of the upper weight range. Highly recommended!

We have tried several types of diapers including every store bought brand and 7th generation via amazon. Our son has Eczema that seems to be exacerbated by some of the dyes or perfumes in the store bought brands (especially Pampers). The Nature babycare are the best on the market in terms of being free from dyes and perfumes and still having great absorbancy. In fact the few times we have been in a crunch and have had to use super absorbancy Pampers we find them less absorbant than these. An added plus is the environmental benefit- but overall it is the best for baby’s skin without comprimising quality.
