IF one is used to MP3’s etc I guess its ok. Lots of storage…great price, POOR Directions for this old lady who needs a bit more input of how to do things but I managed to figure it out after a couple hours. Young folks will love it

On/Off button won’t turn the unit off!
Unit freezes, requiring hardware reset.
Touchscreen calibration application sometimes just decides to never shut down.
Touchscreen sensitivity is poor, accuracy is poorer.
This thing was back in the box with a return shipping label two hours after I got it.
A shame, because there don’t seem to be many other products like it on the market.

I liked the product and customer support too. I bought this product two weeks back and has loaded 5 GB of MP3 data. Works great. Had a problem as screen froze but emailed the customer support and problem resovled with proper, understandable steps given by Customer support. I would recomend to buy this product who are looking toward iTouch.

Just picked up one of these last week for my best friend’s brithday. Got it in the mail nicely 2 days ago and gave it to my friend yesterday. She has loaded bounch of music and video clips on it and she absolutely loves it.
The product reveived is acutally a new version of it. It is better than what was described on Amazon. The device actually play youTube video directly. We just downloaded the youTube video and copied onto the player. It played seaminglessly. She is going to try some avi and wmv files as well. It did not play the WMV movie purchased from a website. I guess that is because that file is DRM protected. No surprising.
Tried audio book from overdrive media console and works fine. The sound and video quality is pretty decent. The only thing bother her is that it is a little bulky.
Good buy.
