Unfortunately I can’t review the product because I received the package without the counterweight and because of this I can’t use the turntable.

Turntable arrived, as expected, USB worked well.. Have not yet tried the Phono -> Amp – setup … Software works.. You’ll need to dedicate some time to this product.

A faulty turntable, NO international warranty, NO support, and terrible customer service. Enough said.

It worked real good on the first two LP records! But after that cannot get any sound, I guess you get what you pay for! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to buy!!!

Your program is the greatest, as I have a Lot of old 33 1/3 albums to record but I cannot seem to get them to record to c/d. I have tried and tried, any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Your product is great. Doc
