This print head is good. I thought it was the print head but I didn’t know where the printer ink cartridge was at first on the OfficeJet Pro. It’s the front side left bottom there’s pull-to-front tab that opens the printer’s ink cartridge bay. Usually printer head doesn’t go bad.

This is the exact product for the HP Officejet Pro L7580 Color All-in-One Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier(C8187A#ABA).
I love no longer having to look at a wall of mis-numbered printer cartridges.
Amazon’s price is consistently the best.

Received this item as promised. But when I installed it, the printer threw out an error that said the print head was bad. After an hour of reading instructions, watching tutorials and cleaning contacts I gave up and sent Amazon an e-mail. When I woke up the next morning, I had a message from customer service that provided me with a return shipping label as well as a tracking number for a new printhead that was being next day’d to me. I received it as promised and after an entire 5 minutes, I was up and running.
The printhead itself gets a 4 star rating, but I gave this review 5 stars because of the fantastic customer service. Well done Amazon.

Have you ever been offered a bargain?
I made application for the Amazon Visa card in order to take advantage of the advertised discount. It took 10 days to get the card in the mail after being asked to provide proof of physical address and, (are you ready for this?) a copy of my Social Security Card! After calling the number provided I was found qualified and was told the card would be mailed to me. It arrived a few days later.
When I called to activate the card, while looking at “My Cart”, which said a $40 discount would be added, I was told the discount would only be $30. The discount is dependent on the date of application and not on the date of purchase, despite what the website said.
I told the Visa supervisor not to activate the card, I was canceling my order. He then asked, “you’re going to cancel for $10?” I said YES. He then informed me the cancellation would cause my credit rating to be downgraded.
We are in the midst of a banking and credit card assault on the citizenry.
Your tax dollars at work!

HP had to replace it after a few uses. I got an error message on my printer (a problem with K/Y Printhead) that I couldn’t clear off the screen. Called HP and after 1.5 hours of “troubleshooting” they agreed to fedex me a new printhead and it works great.
