Beware, this mount does not fit Panasonic plasma TV’s. The 37″ TV I have (and I believe the 42″, 50″ and 58″ models) has the mounting screw threads set at 26.5″ apart which seems to be somewhat wider than the standard. This mount is only 19.2″ wide, too short for the Panasonic span. I ended up returning it and buying the FP660 which is perfect. No complaints, but I do agree with others who have mentioned the locking screws… I didn’t bother to tighten them and it seems fine to just hang there.

This product came with all great parts except the bolts/screws that mount it to the wall. 3 out of 4 heads came off while trying to install this item. Also, this item will BARELY fit on your wall. the mount is only a little over 16″ wide, so if you have a newer house, your studs will most likely be too far away.

I could not be more plesed with this. After buying my LCD tv, I did not have a huge amount of money left for a wall mount. The price of this one fit the bill. Easy to install (with the exception of the unnecessary and difficult to reach lower allen screws), great instructions, all the hardware any tv should need. Very strong, high quality item. Look no further when buying a wall mount!

First off the description didn’t mention this mount was for walls with studs upto 16″ apart. Most newer homes are built with the studs further apart 23″-24″. Had to mount it soley on the drywall. The instruction manual could not be anymore confusing because it provides instructions not only for the model you purchase but for every other model wall mount….no need for that. Once up on the wall….finally…the function of it serves well but let me tell you putting it together was no cake especially since it’s not the right size for my 37″ TV. Due to the distance from stud to stud on my wall the recommended mount is the extra larger one 30″ wide which is for TV’s up to 60″.
