Good speakers at price which is hard to match.Mine are working perfectly fine .limitations are there but cannot demands more from these pairs for the given price.midrange is decent ,BASS depends on how much is required for one to be acceptable.

I bought 2 sets of these for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they sound great.
Can’t beat them for the $$$$$$$$$.

These are surprisingly good speakers for the money. They are vastly better than the old ones I replaced in my car. The sound is very crisp and clean.
Other reviewers have complained about a lack of bass. To put that in context, I’m sure they don’t have enough bass if you are listening to hip hop music and not only want to hear the beat, but feel it. For other purposes they are fine.

better buy a BIG BIG BIG Subwoofer if you plan on buying these.
incredible clarity in the mid-high and high ranges but
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL low ranges.
states 40hz responsiveness but my stockers that had holes in them would kick harder than these.

I purchases these speakers to replace the factory ones in a 96 prelude. They have good sound at reasonable volumes. I would recommend these for someone who wants to upgrade factory speakers without breaking the bank on the absolute top of the line.
