I think I used it maybe 3 times before it froze up on me, could not turn them off and had to wait about a week for the blue led to kill the entire battery. Then when the headphones finally died, I was so excited to get more use out of them but when I charged them, they were dead, no lights no nothing. Anyone else have the same issue?

Hard to fit in my hears, every time i move my head they come out off my hears I wish they came with diferent size earplugs or something sound quality its good, battery its ok last at least 5 hrs, when you talk on the phone its hard to the other person to hear you,too much noise, and they broke after 3 month of use.

I purchased this product based on my experience with Plantronic Voyager 855. Seeing as they are sister companies I expected the same or better performance, however this was not the case. Some positive points:
* The headphones fit and feel great.
* They are light and comfortable.
* Pairing is easy and quick.
* The sound is good and loud when working.
This is where all the praise ends:
* The product constantly goes into “Shutdown mode” as Altec Technical support put it. You have to reset it while holding the power button inserting the charger. This is ok occasionally but after or even during a use is not acceptable.
* When the headphones do become functional again the next crash is only about 20 min away. The headphones then disconnect from the phone.
* The person on the other end of the line cannot hear you (or hear very faint as you are speaking from a room away).
* Leaving the headphones connected to the phone causes it to activate voice dialing on random. Based on the amplified ambient noise in the room your phone may detect a name and call.
* If you are listening to music via the headphones the headphones will pause the music repeatedly and activate voice dialing.
* The buttons for pause and call fail only 20 min after playback or talking.
I have tried these headphones on blackberry flip, 8700, and Nokia N90. All the phones had similar problems with the headphones. I may have had a faulty set but the problems from other reviewers tell me they are just not quality headphones. If you do buy hope you have better luck than me!

If you use this with the phone in front of your face you will love it. If you are like me and put your phone in your pocket or bag or backpack…you are going to be MAD. I found out by testing it that the Bluetooth receiver is only in the left ear of the device. So, if you block the left ear in anyway you will lose the signal. THAT is CRAZY! I have never had a bluetooth earpiece do that. So, I say don’t buy it. Make the company fix this design flaw. Like a previous review said if you excerise, ride a bike , jog, etc… It will skip!
