Couldn’t believe the voice quality while using our VOIP system. Easy to keep on for calls. Swing boom mic is great. It does block out most back ground noise, but not all.

Got this to make SIP calls. Works fantastic. Especially with the feature that swinging the boom up mutes the mic. Want to listen to music? No thanks. Very muddy sound.

Great headset for sound quality! Volume was great for hearing people on internet phone usage, and they could hear me great too. Music sounded great too. Just the headset was too heavy for all day use. It hurt my ears. Put too much pressure on my glasses. Better for a larger head maybe or if you don’t wear glasses.

Bought this to record audio and for online conversations. Used it for a month and then I started getting reports of bad buzzing from others. Also started hearing buzzing on recordings. A call to Plantronics support yielded that an offer for an exchange. The catch being that I needed to ship my now 2 month old product to them on my dime. This is terrible considering I just paid them for the product and it stopped working after only a month. Poor quality control and policy it seems. Expected much better from such a dominant player in the space.

I used to have a bluetooth headset to chat with my friends and teammates through the playstation network but it hurt my ears, its battery drained up with each gaming session and the sound was really really lacking. That why I searched for a USB headset and was recomended this brand plantronics.
Now I dont have to worry about those 3 problemas. The build is high quality, the sound is excellent and its so easy to use: just plug it in and the OS will recognize it as an audio device. If you are looking for an economic gaming headset solution, look no further.
