This item works great, it connects my 13 inch black macbook with my 42 inch LG HDTV easy. Pretty Straightforward, supports 1080p flawlessly.

Ordered this with the 10′ cable (so I didnt have to keep next to the tv) 2 days after buying my new 42″ panasonic TC-L42U12 for $750 (also very happy with). Ordered Friday morning, shipped Friday afternoon, arrived Monday afternoon (standard shipping). Took 2 minutes for me to fit this picture to screen. Quality is great, very sharp and I am overall very happy with this new set up.
