I wanted a second USB cable for my new Kindle DX, a cable I would keep in the office for use in transferring the business documents I bought the Kindle to hold. I looked for the cheapest USB A-to-Micro-B cable I could find on Amazon. This is it.
I wanted it mainly for transfer, not charging; some USB cables do not include the charging component, I have read, and I figured that, being so low priced, this one might not. So when I got this, and connected for the first time, and saw that it does the charging too, I was even more pleased.
