I am very satisfied with the product itself. I am more concerned with the inability of Amazon to inform me that my product would be coming from the United States. There is a Tiger Direct company in Canada, so I did not think otherwise. Regardless, I was not informed of this and, upon the reciept of the product, I was required to pay close to $60.00 in taxes for it to cross the boarder. This is more than half the price of the product itself. Had I known this would have happened, I would’ve ordered it from another location, or another place.
My advice is to ensure that buyers are aware of the geographical location of the company or product they have purchased so as to avoid this mistake.

We purchased this toner cartridge from Ritz Camera as a spare for a Samsung SCX-4500 printer. We replaced the cartridge when the original was empty. After replacing the cartridge, the printer still indicated the toner was low (and the print quality was very poor). I opened a claim with Samsung and received approval to bring the copier to a repair center. The Samsung repair center said that the copier is fine, but the chip in the new toner cartridge indicates it is empty. Of course, because some time had elapsed, Ritz said they wouldn’t exchange it.
I won’t say this is a scam, but I won’t buy anything from Ritz again. I would suggest upon receiving your new cartridge, install it immediately and test it by holding down the stop button, a printout will show the amount of usage on the cartridge. If there is a problem you only have a 30 day return window. If you want to repack it to keep as a spare, keep it in the black bag as it is sensitive to light.

I own a Samsung SCX-4500. It was very easy to change the cartridge. The first page printed with the new cartridge looked great. No problems whatsoever. I cannot comment on how long the toner will last, but the last one lasted for a very long time!

I expected amazon.com to have a 2 pack of this samsung laser toner at a cheaper price. Pricewise, it is very close to what you get in the stores. But good thing is it is free shipping, and is always available.
I am not sure if this cartridge will print 2500 copies as the company claims, my original cartridge didn’t! I think it gave about 1000 copies maximum.

Great Black Toner Cartridge. It replaced the original real easily and always print nicely. It’s a bit expensive
