It powers up but I get no sound from the speakers. The customer service has transferred me to two numbers that didn't work and I have had to call back and wait in line for an hour each time. <br /> <br />I finally got to a technician who after trying the 0135 reset informed me that I would have to send it off and it would be 21 business days before I get my brand new receiver back. If you insist on spending $100 on this, just get a Ben Franklin and take a cigarette lighter to it - you will get the same feeling as buying this item, but will not have to wait for it to ship. <br /> <br />Worked for a total of about 10 minutes, and hasn't done anything since. I will be sending this unit back.If I would have bought this at a local store it would have been much easier to return. It's the home theater that wasn't thoughtout enough by Samsung. There isn't enough inputs on the back of the box makeing it very hard to setup. The unit is fine.
