I purchased this tv this week for $201, tax included, for a spare bedroom. I previously purchased two RCA HD televisions, so I can say that the Sceptre 19-inch TV is worth the price. It’s a good bargain. The sound and picture are okay. It seemed loud enough and looked good enough. I’m not that particular, but I know when these things aren’t great. It’s not full-on HD, but consider the price. The menu is pretty straightforward. Setup was ridiculously easy. It took 5 minutes. It has basic features like automatically trying to find channels in HD, a sleep timer, picture presets, to name a few. The only drawback that I can see so far is that there isn’t a clock. But I can live with it. After all it wasn’t that expensive.
