I didn’t keep this software because I didn’t know that it was a Dvd and my computer doesn’t have that capability. I didn’t have any problem returning it. It said you could trade for cd’s but I couldn’t find any information on how to do it. I would purchase it again if the circumstances were to change.

I purchased this as a gift not knowing that it was a DVD not CD. The gift recipiant does not have the ability to view DVD’s and is very frustrated. Not a very plesant birthday gift!!Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 4.0

I am disappointed that I ordered this product and waited almost 3 weeks to receive it only to have it arrive on a DVD. I do not have a DVD drive on my computer so I double checked the description and sure enough it states the requirements as DVD or CD drive. You actualy have to mail the DVD back to Nova Development at your expense via media mail and they send you a series of CDS in exchange for the DVD. I was on hold for over 25 minutes trying to get through to Nova Development to find out how to exchange it and it has now been 20 days and I still have received NOTHING in return. I am very disppointed!!

The product itself seems nice enough, but I bought it as a gift and it wouldn’t install on my mother’s computer. Based on that, I really can’t provide very much feedback. It also had a rebate offer which has been nothing but a problem as well.

I didn’t get to try this program because I needed CD’s rather than a DVD. After mailing the card for a replacement, it has been 5 weeks and after e-mailing once and calling Nova Development twice, I have been told that they have no record of receiving the DVD. Amazon has refunded my purchase and I only have a box and an instruction booklet to return to them at this time. I ordered Photoshop Elements 6 from Amazon a couple of days ago. Bad experience with Nova.
