I purchased two of these and they are both dead after only 13 & 15 months. This is my third dead sony laptops in the last 3 years.

I own this laptop for about 4 month – and I am very satisfied, because this laptop has everything what I want – big memory, fast, portable. Also I can burn CDs or DVDs, absolutely everything. Also it is really good looking. I would recommend it to a friend (it may be a little heavy for portable laptop.)

This is an awesome laptop. The performance is amazing, and the built quality and aesthetics that Sony put into this unit is worth the extra price. I have had no problems, Vista loads in around 39.8 seconds (measured with a stop watch FROM a cold boot)and evertything works great.
BUY IT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!
