The cd player works great, The machines I have had in the past seemed to break down after the first use. I bought this player to use to make cd’s of my old vinyl records, but have not gotten to that point yet. I also wanted one that would make the cassettes into cd’s. I haven’t done that yet either, I am just happy the cd player is still working. Amazing

I returned this item on 1-22-07 and they have not credited my credit card. I have submitted a complaint to American Express. I have submitted proof of the return delivery from UPS to Michelle and Cheryl at Electronica Direct. My next step will be to file a complaint with the State of New York Attorney General’s office. I will not use Amazon again until this problem is resolved. As a previously satisfied customer of Amazon, I am disappointed that you are supporting this company and are not assisting with resolving this problem.
