TV was exactly what we wanted and looked just like it did on the website. I was skeptical about buying a tv online and having it delivered by UPS (not always the most gentle in moving boxes around) but I am completely satisfied with the product. The packaging was in perfect condition when delivered and no problems with anything broken or not working. Definately recommend this product to others looking for a great deal on a tv/dvd combo.

No problems the volume. The quality of the sound is what you would expect from a tv of this size.

I enjoy the lightness of this TV for my camper. It has a clear picture and the screen can be tilted back and forth. Had I read the previous reviews about the volume, I would have continued searching for another model/brand. Please be advised that the sound is very low.

Received this nice looking Toshiba and had to return it. Even in a quiet room, at 6 feet from the TV, I had to have the volume at maximum to hear (particularly for DVDs). I find this unacceptable. (And I do not have this problem with any of my other TVs.)

Color & picture outstanding. No problem with sound. My hearing is 20-20. Got mine from Costco for a little more only because of their return policy.
Worried about users’ concerns but Toshiba quality is rather VG. Replaced my older Toshiba 20 with DVD. What a difference!!!!!
