I was looking to replace a 5 year old laptop that I only used at clients locations. I was very please this laptop it allows me to use it at home, office & at clients locations.

I just got it, and camera worked perfect for 2 days, then was snowy. Restored original disk state, didn’t help. Shipped it back yesterday.
Concerned about other reviews I read here, but thinking of giving it one more chance.
If I do & it fails, be sure there will be another review by me.

This is the WORST piece of electronics I have ever bought. The only thing worse than this piece of crap is Toshiba’s customer service. I have had it for 2 months and have already had to mail it back twice, which of course resulted in losing ALL my data. Do yourself a favor and don’t even THINK of buying a Toshiba.

I purchased this Toshiba based on store recommendation & online reviews. I’ve already returned first model after 2 weeks, as the DVD drive kept randomly opening & wouldn’t stay closed. The new replacement computer’s mouse scrolling won’t work & the computer freezes up after logging on. I’m currently hoping to return for a full refund. I’ll be looking for a different brand.
