i’ve owned a velocity micro PC for the past 4 years.if you decide to buy from them, make sure you get the extended warranty.my pc was a lemon from the first month we got it. it has had constant problems that they don’t seem to be able to fix. it got repaired numerous times for the same thing and it kept breaking. even after using other brand components, it still broke down. it has been one big headache and is now outside the warranty and it’s breaking down again. same problem, too. now they tell me what they think is wrong with it but won’t fix it as it should have been done from the beginning. I’ve had numerous techs out to the house to repair it and the last time it was sent back to the factory for them to fix it. still has the same problems. this doesn’t include some of the other items that went bad too. dvd drive…card reader..etc…avoid.

I can’t say enough about Velocity Micro and the PCs they build. Fast, efficient, well built, and expertly supported– what more do you want? i can’t tell you how refreshing it is to call a company with a question and actually talk to a person. A person that speaks English. Velocity truly does build a New PC Experience and they’ve got a customer in me for life.
