Still without putting any data in it I barely was able to copy 50 or 60 gb into before I gave up on it on my Windows Vista pc. I copied the rest of what I wanted to a 160 Verbatim Smartdisk and finished transferring it on a Windows XP pc. I do not blame the Verbatim- Windows Vista is so controling that any large volume like Verbatim's 500 gb is that much more of Windows Vista's resources to be constantly used- by Microsoft's choice, not mine.
