Amazon is a great place to go to, however the suppliers that ship orders that we purchase products from can seriously ruin a good thing. In my situation, I was shipped the wrong items from the company I ordered from. So I asked amazon about it but all they could do is forward me to the supplier. When going through this with the supplier, and afte rcontinuous emails for over a week and reminders sent about a refund over a week after that, I am hearing my credit card will be updated. Very agravating to be shipped product not ordered or needed and then have to send it back, which also included a loss on the UPS Shipping fees. To me, knowing there are poor companies that amazon potentially deal with, and the fact that I lost this money for shipping and had an aggravating experience and lastly the fact that Amazon said deal with the company itself if you want action when they are the ones that authorize who can sell here, Lets just say I’m done with this and will go to more secure companies that if a problem arrises can assure me a full complete satisfactory refund.

I bought a 100 disk spindle of Memorex DVD+Rs earlier and found 86 were COASTERS. After reading the good reviews of the 50 disk spindle of Verbatim DVD-Rs I immediately ordered them. They arrived today and I couldn’t wait to start using them. After inserting the first disk the computer asked me to “Insert Disk”. Properties said O used space and 0 free space. All 50 disks were tested and each one was bad. 136 coasters anyone? It will cost me half the price of the DVDs to exchange them. I could have bought them locally for the same money and not wait two weeks. I have ordered many items from Amazon over the years, but don’t recommend buying DVDs.

I ordered this product despite a couple of reviews that said it had arrived just loose in a box and vulnerable to damage. It came today securely packaged in a box with plenty of air pillow packaging. Amazon.com is reading these reviews! I don’t know how the product works yet, but based on others’ reviews, I expect great performance. Thanks, reviewers, for pointing out the problem, and thanks to Amazon for paying attention.

The Verbatim factory must have some great quality control. I would consider these disks flawless, unlike a lot of other brands.
