am not able to install it – no documentation / drivers etc. Very Poor experience.

The hard drive is fine. But I do not know its status of brand new or a returned item. When I received it, it did not come with the original package. The warranty paper was not included. The worst part was the anti-static bag not vacuum sealed. The drive seems working fine. In the future, I will not buy PC components from Amazon.

Wish they would have mentioned that. And the reviewers that talk about Amazon and their crappy packaging? They are correct.

The drive works good. My only complaint is that you said there was free shipping and when I selected that and placed the order it said it would ship in three and 1/2 weeks. I then cancelled the order and placed a new order paying for 2day shipping. Free shipping should ship within three or for days not weeks.

I bought 2 of these and they work fine and are quiet. I did not give them 5 stars for two reasons. 1) I really haven’t had them long enough to speak for longevity. 2) They are more expensive than other drives on the market.
