Wii motion plus is a plus
What an excellent piece of equipment. I really hope they base a lot more games for the future on this tool for the Wii

First of all this only works with games designed for it. So it won’t change the control of any old game. So far only three games use motion plus, Virtua tennis, Grand slam tennis and Tiger Woods. Forget virtua tennis, motion plus was a last minute addition, Grand slam tennis controls brilliantly, you swing the controller in the same way you would a tennis raquet allowing you to precisely place your shot and add topspin or slice, and it works very well, occasional errors are due to the player not making the correct motion. Tiger woods also has a superb control system though it probably is’nt as significant to the game as tennis. In short, if you are interest in the games i mention get motion plus, end of story.

A step forward in Wii technology, enough said
The title says it’s a step. It’s really more of a leap. This enhances the performance of the Wii remote making realistic tennis, sword-play and the like (perhaps one day…

Not perfect
I bought the motion plus to go along with Tiger Woods 10. It does work well and does add something to the game in that it is possible to slice or hook the ball just like in the…

I’d just like to point out that the Wii Motion plus accessory is designed specifically for brand new games that make use of the 1:1 motion seeking technology in the unit. It is NOT designed to improve the motion seeking of older games that have been released. This is because the technology is different; the Wii Remote on it’s own is merely a giro that ‘guesses’ where you are pointing. It will therefore not improve gameplay of older games. Given that a few reviewers have already missed this point so far, I thought i’d make it known what it’s really intended for. EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis is one of the first games to make use of the technology, while Wii Sports Resorts will offer full connectivity too. It has to be said though that Grand Slam is a spectacularly average game and does no justice to the technology. Games that make use of the Wii Motion Plus accessory have a small circular logo in the top-left corner of their packaging, so you know whether it’s compatible. With such being the case, theirs little need to buy the accessory now until games start coming out thick and fast that utilise it. The packaging contains the accessory, a new silocone sleeve that accommodates the accessory, and information leaflets that contain more languages than C-3PO.

Wii (very little at all) Motion is right!
I love my Wii console. Somehow they fell down on the Wii Motion Plus, I have nothing positive to mention about it.

This is a good add on for the price. It is hard to get used at first cause your so used to the old wii mote. I cant wait to see what other games this product will be used with. I have virtua tennis and its a great game but i cant help be feel it isnt being used to its full power. Also wonder how much more battery power this will use.

Worth it just for the golf…..
I have purchased Virtua Tennis and Tiger Woods with this device and while the tennis seems a bit ropey,if you are a golf fan you will be mightily impressed.

Should be free!
I am confused why people are paying for this device! I have a Wii which is used often with 3-4 friends. I get frustrated with the poor response on all the games.

Wait for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10
This is worth buying for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, the reviews have been mostly positive and disc golf looks fun for a laugh.
