I have severe dust allergies and this helped a lot. It’s also really quiet, unless it’s on Turbo mode. I used Turbo mode when I’m not in the room. Great price, too.

I researched many many models and for price and fetures this one is a good deal. It is certified by AHAM to meet ozone safe standards. The dust, tobaco, and pollen CADR for the 5300 unit are 248 235 251 with a room sq’350 and again meets safe ozone limits. Any one who is looking to buy an air cleaner should goto the AHAM web site. You would be surprised at how many air cleaners do not meet ozone safe standards. I do not use the plasma wave while in the room, i have read it is great tecnology but only use it when you are out of the room. I get bad sinus infections regularly and have not had one for nearly a month. I cannot say for certian that the air cleaner is the answear but it sure helps.
