This may be a great DVD player. I don’t know. I almost ordered it until I looked up the user’s manual online. The video inputs that are listed in the specs here on Amazon do not exist. There are no video inputs on this DVD player other than the USB input.

I got this for my son for Christmas. He has a DLP HiDef television. He really likes the way it makes his old movies look much brighter.

This player was easy to set up and to use. The main thing is to learn what the symbols mean on the remote control.

I like everything about this unit, except the depth. I have to pull the unit forward with the cabinet door open to plug in the three wires. I purchased right angle RCA adapters but they are still too long. I will have to custom make some kind of adapter to allow the unit to sit in our cabinet with our having to plug and unplug the the audio and video cables. really a huge drag. The unit does not have to be that deep. bigger is not better.
The USB feature is really great. I have a simple stereo digital recorder from Radio Shack that pops apart to expose a USB connector. I can plug it directly into the face of the DVD/CD player to play the tracks live on the tuner.
Overall, this is a great unit. The price was good. I would certainly recommend checking cabinet depth before purchasing. If you have the space, you’ll be happy with this player.
